Here are some handy videos we’ve put together to help you get the most out of your Riverford orders

How do I set up a regular order?

Desktop

  1. Login to your account. Click here to login.
  2. You should be taken to the home page of the website.
  3. Click “Edit regular items” at the top of the basket on the side of the page
  4. Choose the items you’d like by clicking “add to your basket”.
  5. Once you’ve finished shopping, click the orange “confirm” button on the right-hand side underneath your basket. This takes you to a confirmation page and will send you a confirmation email.
  6. You can view your order for a given week by clicking the “Show other weeks” link at the top of the basket and choosing the delivery date that you would like to view.
  7. If you don’t receive a confirmation email:
    1. Check your junk mail folder
    2. If you still haven’t had an email from us, call us on 01803 227227 and we’ll check if you’ve said yes to emails and that we have the right email address for you.

Mobile/Tablet

How do I add to my regular order? I have a regular order set up and I would like to add something to it.

How do I order something as a one off, not weekly?

Desktop

  1. Login to your account. Click here to login.
  2. You should be taken to the home page of the website.
  3. In the basket at the side of the page click “Show other weeks” and choose the date you would like to receive an order.
  4. The page will reload, and the title of the basket will have been changed to the date that you would like to receive your order.
  5. Choose the items you’d like from the shop pages.
  6. Once you’ve finished shopping, click the orange “confirm” button on the right-hand side underneath your basket.
  7. You will see a confirmation page and receive an email that has details of your order.
  8. If you don’t receive a confirmation email:
    1. Check your junk mail folder
    2. If you still haven’t had an email from us, call us on 01803 227227 and we’ll check if you’ve said yes to emails and that we have the right email address for you.

How do I cancel an order?

Desktop

  1. Login to your account. Click here to login.
  2. You should be taken to the home page of the website.
  3. Click on “Show other weeks” in your basket on the right-hand side of the page.
  4. Select the week you want to cancel the order.
  5. Click “Cancel this delivery” under the line that shows the date to be cancelled.
  6. This will take you to a confirmation page, click “Yes, please cancel it” to confirm. This will send you a confirmation email.
  7. If you don’t receive a confirmation email:
    1. Check your junk mail folder
    2. If you still haven’t had an email from us, call us on 01803 227227 and we’ll check if you’ve said yes to emails and that we have the right email address for you.

How do I change how often I receive my regular order?

Desktop

  1. Login to your account.
  2. You should be taken to the home page of the website.
  3. Click “Edit regular items” in your basket on the right-hand side of the page.
  4. Click on “Change schedule”. Or click here
  5. You can then choose the changes you would like to make from the drop-down menus. You can say that you’d like things weekly, fortnightly, every 3 weeks or every 4 weeks and what date you would like the next delivery to be. You can make each item different if you wish to. For example, some people like to alternate different boxes or only have fruit every fortnight.
  6. Click “update order” found underneath the drop downs. This takes you to a confirmation page and will send you a confirmation email.
  7. If you don’t receive a confirmation email:
    1. Check your junk mail folder
    2. If you still haven’t had an email from us, call us on 01803 227227 and we’ll check if you’ve said yes to emails and that we have the right email address for you.

How do I remove things that are on my regular order?

Desktop

  4. Select the week you want to remove from the order.
  5. Click on the minus sign to the left of the item you would like to remove, and click yes as reply to “Remove from order” question.
  6. Click on the “Confirm” button that will appear in orange. This will take you to a confirmation page and will send you a confirmation email.
  7. If you don’t receive a confirmation email:
    1. Check your junk mail folder
    2. If you still haven’t had an email from us, call us on 01803 227227 and we’ll check if you’ve said yes to emails and that we have the right email address for you.

How do I pause my orders?

Desktop

  1. Login to your account.
  2. You should be taken to the home page of the website.
  3. Click on “view your account” on the top bar of the page.
  4. Click “Pause your orders” half way down the page, on the right, underneath “pause or cancel orders”. Or click here.
  5. Choose the dates you don’t want any deliveries from us - it’s easiest to use the pop up calendars.
  6. Click “Pause my order” to confirm. This will take you to a confirmation page and will send you a confirmation email.
  7. If you don’t receive a confirmation email:
    1. Check your junk mail folder
    2. If you still haven’t had an email from us, call us on 01803 227227 and we’ll check if you’ve said yes to emails and that we have the right email address for you.

Mobile/Tablet

  1. Login to your account.
  2. You should be taken to the home page of the website.
  3. Tap on your account on the top bar of the page left from the basket then tap on “My Account”.
  4. Tap on “More Actions” on the bottom right corner of the screen.
  5. Tap on “Pause your orders” under Pause or cancel orders. Or tap here.
  6. Choose the dates you don’t want any deliveries from us.
  7. Tap on “Pause my order” to confirm. This will take you to a confirmation page and will send you a confirmation email.
  8. If you don’t receive a confirmation email:
    1. Check your junk mail folder
    2. If you still haven’t had an email from us, call us on 01803 227227 and we’ll check if you’ve said yes to emails and that we have the right email address for you.

How do I find out my delivery day?

Desktop

  1. Click “register” at the top of the screen. Or click here.
  2. Enter your postcode and click “Next”
  3. Your delivery day will come up.

Mobile/Tablet

  1. Tap on the account button on the top left of the basket. Or tap here.
  2. Tap on the New Customer button.
  3. Under New to Riverford enter your postcode and tap on "Next".
  4. Your delivery day will come up.

I’ve forgotten my password

Desktop

  1. Half way down the homepage on the right is the customer login box. Click “forgotten your password” next to the “login” button. Or click here.
  2. Type your email address into the box and click “send reset instructions”.
  3. This will create a new password and email it to you.
  4. If you don’t receive an email:
    1. Check that you’ve typed your email address correctly and try again if not.
    2. Check your junk mail folder
    3. If you still haven’t had an email from us, call us on 01803 227227 and we’ll check if you’ve said yes to emails and that we have the right email address for you.

Mobile/Tablet

  1. Tap on the account button on the top, left of the basket button.
  2. Tap on “forgotten your password” under the customer login. Or tap here.
  3. Type your email address into the box and tap on “send reset instructions”.
  4. This will create a new password and email it to you.
  5. If you don’t receive an email:
    1. Check that you’ve typed your email address correctly and try again if not
    2. Check your junk mail folder

I’ve got a new card, how do I update my payment details?

Desktop

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Click on “view your account” on the top of the page.
  3. Select the Billing Tab. Or click here.
  4. Click on the “Update Payment Method” button.
  5. You will now be able to set up your new card details
  6. Click on “Add Card” button.

Mobile/Tablet

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. On the top of the page tap on the account icon.
  3. Tap on the “My Account” button.
  4. From the drop-down menu select “Billing”. Or tap here.
  5. Tap on the “Update Payment Method” button.
  6. You will now be able to set up your new card details.
  7. Tap on “Add Card” button.
