This recipe will take 60 mins. Make vegetarian chilli a family staple; this one’s mild enough to be enjoyed by all. Add the chilli to taste, or leave it out completely and just sprinkle some over at the end, to suit more particular appetites. The chilli can be made in advance and reheated, or frozen if you want to get ahead.
