A note from our cooks

This recipe will take 30 mins. Genovese pasta is a combination of basil pesto, beans and potatoes. We’re using little orzo pasta, which look like rice grains, with a few sliced new potatoes and added a little samphire. It's grown on the banks of the River Erme in Devon and brings an extra dimension with its salty tang.
