A note from our cooks

This recipe will take 30 mins. Tapenade is a classic Mediterranean dish made from black olives and capers. We have added cherry tomatoes which, once roasted, will add sweetness to complement the salty olives. They’re chopped up hot, straight from the oven, to release their flavour-filled juices and make a light sauce to toss through the pasta.
