This recipe will take 60 mins. A vegan take on a classic shepherd’s pie, using earthy lentils and mushrooms to give a savoury (umami) flavour, and red wine for a little richness. Topped with sweet potato mash and served with a seasonal side of greens, it’s a satisfying supper.
