A note from our cooks

Portobello mushrooms give a great umami (savoury) taste to this vegan Italian style sauce. Packed with flavour from aromatic thyme, oregano and red wine in a rich tomato sauce, then tossed with spelt spaghetti and garnished with a few freshly picked thyme leaves.
