Nutty-tasting black rice is nutritious and also tastes amazing alongside this spicy sweet potato bake, with its umami (savoury) flavour provided by the peanuts and tamari. It’s supposed to have a kick, so we’ve given you two chillies and a pack of sriracha, all to add to your taste. This dish freezes well - should you have any leftovers!
