These rich, fluffy, handmade brioche buns aren’t just organic, but also vegan! We don’t think you could tell the difference. They taste exactly as a classic brioche should: airy, buttery, and subtly sweet, with beautifully domed tops and a shiny glaze. Our chef Bob developed the recipe, using aquafaba (water that chickpeas have been cooked in) leftover from our hummus, and soya milk for the golden top, finished with a sprinkle of poppy seeds. Add your favourite filling, meaty or vegan, and enjoy!

Store in a cool place, once open store in an air tight container or freeze on day of delivery.
