Organic Chicken stock
Fresh, deeply flavoursome organic chicken stock. It’s miles better than anything that comes in a cube!
New, even tastier recipe! Deeply flavoursome organic chicken stock, handmade and slow-cooked – a kitchen essential done right. Fresh organic chicken bones, vegetables and herbs are simmered low and slow for a minimum of 24 hours, extracting as much rich, savoury flavour as possible. Proper stock adds a real depth to risottos, soups and stews – and ours freezes well, so you can always have a pot at hand.
This hearty stock is made to our recipe by our friends at Pegoty Hedge. Based in the picturesque Worcestershire countryside at the foot of the historic Malvern Hills, Pegoty Hedge is a family-owned and run kitchen located on an organic mixed farm. Their ethos is simple: if you use quality ingredients in the beginning and pay care and attention in cooking, you’ll produce consistently great-tasting food. As well as running a busy farm, the team also run a campsite situated near to the town of Upton on Severn; ideal for summer weekend breaks!
