We work with a number of small-scale organic producers, supplying us with everything from mushrooms to mayonnaise.
They’re an interesting gang. Some are innovators; Pimhill, for example, was the first organic mill in the country. Others are preserving valuable traditions, such as Greens of Glastonbury, who have been making cheese for 4 generations. All are committed to producing outstanding organic food.
