Fresh raspberries, cherries, and a hint of game. Serve with Christmas poultry.

Jancis Robinson was ‘most impressed’ by this ‘interesting and refined’ pinot noir. We couldn’t agree more: it’s reminiscent of good, red Burgundy, but a fraction of the price.

Made with minimal intervention and low sulphites, the wine is pure, fresh, and dry without being austere. Like Burgundy, it tastes a little rustic: a year’s aging in old barrels adds a hint of earthiness and game to its top notes of raspberry and cherry. Especially tasty alongside roast turkey, goose and other Christmas poultry.
