Drain and rinse thoroughly. The peas are ready to use, hot or cold. Add to stews, curries or salads, or use to make hummus. To heat, add to your dish at the very end of cooking and heat through for 1-2 mins.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, don’t keep your beans in the tin – turn them out into a covered bowl and they’ll last for 2 days in the fridge.
