How to prepare
Slightly chill before serving raw in salsas, salads and cheeseboards to really bring out their fresh crunch. When baking, their high acidity will mellow, and their shape will stay firm.
Will keep for around a week at room temperature. Delivered fresh from the farm, so wash before eating.
