About

Organic wild garlic, foraged fresh from the woods around our Devon farm. Glossy, juicy and pungent, with a milder flavour than the dried bulbs – wild garlic leaves are one of the joys of spring. The season is short, so enjoy while you can!

Wild garlic shares a habitat with some inedible leaves. Our eagle-eyed picking team take every precaution to make sure these don’t end up in your box; however, if you do find any unfamiliar leaves, please discard them.

Such a strong and lovely flavour!

How to prepare

The pungent leaves are good stirred into soups, risottos, pasta dishes and eggs right at the end of cooking. Or, for hardcore garlic fans, try wild garlic shredded into salads.

You can whizz them into a powerful pesto, with walnuts, Parmesan, olive oil and lemon zest. Or, for a flavoursome spread that goes with everything from steak to wilted greens, mash chopped garlic leaves into softened butter.

Storage

Keep in the fridge use within a few days.
