A seasonal favourite, and we've chosen varieties for the best flavour. With tender skins, waxy flesh and a delicate sweetness, they taste great served with seasonal salad and veg.

How to cook new potatoes

Boil with fresh mint and cool, then dress with olive oil and lemon juice, or a knob of butter, or light mayonnaise. Try our organic Riverford mayo made from the eggs of hens that roam free on the slopes of Dartmoor.

How to store new potaotes

Delivered from our farm, so wash before cooking. Keep cool and dark on a veg rack. New potatoes are best eaten as fresh as possible.
