A mixture of (usually) 4 different salad leaves, which may include: red and green baby leaf lettuce, spinach, mixed chard, beet leaves, pak choi and kale.
How to store mixed salad leaves
Keep in the fridge and eat within a couple of days. Fresh from our farm, so give the leaves a wash before using.

We grow these salad leaves here on the farm in Devon. Some of the hardier varieties grow outdoors and the more delicate leaves are nurtured in our polytunnels.
