Spruce up burgers, add a sweet-sour crunch to salads, or make your organic cheeseboard sing with our fantastically fresh beetroot and radish pickle. It’s our chef Bob’s own recipe, and handmade with love: a colourful mix of homegrown Riverford vegetables, sliced and grated, then cooked up in traditional open pans of spiced vinegar. The veg retains a slight crisp bite, with a refreshingly light, tangy flavour, and an aromatic hint of juniper and caraway.
