Organic Cucumber pickle
A Watson family favourite and easy to see why.
Slices of cucumber and onion brined overnight then rinsed and blanched in a boiling vinegar and sugar liquor infused with spices.
Handmade by the team at Ben's Farm Shop kitchen on Riverford Farm. Guy’s brother Ben Watson, with his encyclopedic knowledge of food, is the inspiration behind the recipes. Ben’s team runs a busy production kitchen on our farm in Devon. We make everything by hand and put flavour first – if it doesn’t taste outstanding, we’ll keep working on it until it does.
Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within one month.
