Cime di rapa

£2.75 / 300g

Seize the chance to sample these quirky greens. Also known as rapini or broccoli rabe, cime di rapa is prized in Italy for its succulent, sweet leaves, with a slight lemony bitterness. Try wilting briefly with a little olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon. Or use in any dish in place of spinach or kale. You can use the leaves and stalks (add the stalks first to give them a headstart).

Keep in the fridge and eat within a day or two. Even more reasons to love our cime di rapa
