The most popular cut for a Sunday roast – great value, lean and tender. It also works beautifully as a pot roast, simmered slowly with wine and vegetables. Delivered in insulated packaging to keep cool on your doorstep. Minimum meat order £15 to cover the cost of the packaging. Serves 4-6.

How to prepare

Brown in a 230°C oven for 20 mins, turn down to 150°C and add a little water to the pan. Cook for 25 mins per 500g (add/subtract 15 mins for well done/rare). Rest for 15 mins under foil and add any juices to the gravy.


Keep in the fridge below 5˚C. If you’re not going to eat it within a day or two, freeze your meat as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Once frozen, use within a month. Use on the day of defrosting.
