Then we’d love to hear from you. Previous experience isn’t a must, as long as you can throw yourself wholeheartedly into a lively team.
You’ll also need to be a confident driver with a full UK driving licence, as you’ll be having lots of adventures in one of our ‘Live Life on the Veg’ vans.
There will be some early starts and late finishes, with extensive weekend working – but there’s plenty of fresh air and fun to be enjoyed, and no two days will ever be the same!

The company founder Guy has chosen employee ownership to protect Riverford’s values, ensure its independence, and because he believes the employees are the best people for the job. When you join us you will become a ‘co-owner’, which gives you greater insight into the working of the business and more of a say about how Riverford should be run, through our employee council and trustees.

More about the job: Sales representatives (permanent/full time)
We’re very proud of our regional sales representatives, with successful teams established up and down the country. Our representatives have a passion for fresh, great-tasting, ethically sourced and 100% organic produce – and love to share this passion with others. It’s never a hard sell; most people love talking about food!
It’s an enjoyable, team-focused, outdoors role; a field-based sales position with a difference. We look to build a great team atmosphere, with competitions, road trips away, and big parties to celebrate our successes together.
You will work 5 out of 7 days (4 in London). We give you a variety of activity across the week; visiting high streets, shopping centres, businesses and some lovely events at the weekend too.
The variety and planning in your activity gives you the best potential to earn some fantastic commission (uncapped) which is accompanied by a very competitive basic salary. If based in London, we’ll also pay for an annual zone 1-4 travel card. Average yearly earnings are between £20-35,000 per annum together with full Riverford benefits.
