Orla potatoes, grown by Andy Hayllor. No need to peel these thin-skinned spuds – simply boil and use cold or warm in salads. For a really simple salad, toss them with good olive oil, lemon juice and a generous grind of seasoning.

Keep in the paper bag we deliver them in, somewhere cool and dark.

how to cook salad potatoes

Wash (no need to peel) and boil for 15 mins or so until tender. Allow to cool, then toss with your favourite dressing or mayonnaise. You could also roast them whole in their skins.
