Stir-fried pak choi
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 3cm fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 1-2 red chillies, finely sliced
- 2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 pak choi, stalks finely sliced, leaves roughly sliced
- soy sauce
- salt
- sesame oil

Step 1
Heat the sunflower oil in a large frying pan or wok until very hot. -
Step 2
Quickly add the ginger, followed by the chilli and garlic. -
Step 3
Then immediately add the pak choi stalks and quickly stir. -
Step 4
Cook for 1 minute then add the leaves and stir until just wilting. -
Step 5
Remove from heat. Add a pinch of salt, then a shake of soy sauce and a few drops of sesame oil and serve.
