Print Teriyaki marinade

This very quick marinade can be made in record time. Fish will only need thirty minutes to an hour in the marinade, whereas poultry, pork and beef can take anything between two to twenty-four hours, depending on the size of the cut.

Ingredients

  • 600g minced pork
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed & finely chopped
  • 1 tsp hot smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp plain paprika
  • 50ml red wine

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a plastic container, put the lid on and leave out of the fridge overnight.
  2. The next day refrigerate and use as needed.
