Ingredients

  • Celeriac
  • Oil
  • Thyme, sage or rosemary

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/Gas 6. Cut peeled celeriac into chunks or chips, coat with oil and roast with a sprinkling of thyme, sage or rosemary.
