
Print Red chilli sauce
This easy to make chilli sauce is a good addition to practically anything (if you like things hot!). Try it with scallops, squid, fish or lamb, or drizzled over quesadillas.
Ingredients
- 2 red chillies, deseeded & chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together.
