
Print Gremolata
Sprinkle gremolata over slow-roasted meat or veg; over chicken or fish; or use to embellish pasta, soups or stews, or even as a pizza topping.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
