Print Warm leek vinaigrette for fish

This easy way with leeks makes a good topping for grilled white fish or poached chicken. Eat with a bit of fragrant white rice for a clean and healthy lunch or dinner.


  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large garlic clove, finely sliced
  • 1 leek, cleaned & cut into very fine strips
  • Zest & juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt & pepper


  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the garlic and leek. Fry until both are turning golden.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice and zest. Season, taste and add a little more lemon juice if you like.
