Print Orange and caraway dressing

This simple dressing goes very well with roast veg – in particular beetroot, carrots, turnips and kohlrabi. Try it with a warm roast beet and carrot salad garnished with crumbled feta and chives.


  • 2 tsp caraway seeds
  • Zest & juice of 3 oranges


  1. Fry off caraway seeds in a pan, then just as they start to pop, squeeze the juice of the oranges in and reduce.
  2. As it starts to go a bit stiff, add the zest and remove from heat.
