Print Mint & yoghurt dressing

Mix with chopped cucumber, apple and celery, spoon over a warm tray of spicy roasted baby carrots or dollop into pitta bread with roasted lamb and salad leaves.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4-5 large mint leaves, chopped
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Pop everything in a jam jar and shake like Elvis.
