  1. try slicing it very thinly or grate it and serve raw in salads or with a fresh herb vinaigrette. It’s good with simple salad leaves and sliced orange segments, with an olive oil and balsamic or sherry vinegar dressing
  2. it goes well with carrot and onion in a coleslaw, instead of cabbage
  3. peel and chop into chunks, roast in olive oil in the oven, either on its own or with other roasted veg
  4. use in our zesty spring greens & turnips recipes, instead of the turnips
  5. Peel some kohlrabi, cut it into batons and cook in a little butter until soft. Stir in chopped parsley or dill, then season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
