Print Blood orange apéritif

Dubonnet is a sweet French fortified wine apéritif, enhanced with herbs, spices and a bit of quinine. It goes beautifully with gin and blood orange juice in this winter take on a Savoy classic.

Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 blood orange
  • Crushed ice
  • Gin
  • Dubonnet

Method

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice, shake equal parts gin, Dubonnet and blood orange juice. Strain into a glass.
