Ingredients

  • 100g onions, finely chopped
  • 1kg minced meat
  • 8g salt
  • 2g pepper

Method

  1. Soften the chopped onions over a low heat.
  2. Combine the minced meat and cooked onions. Season and shape into burger shapes.
  3. Grill, barbecue or fry the burgers to your taste from rare to well done.
