Steamed scallops with ginger
Ingredients
- 16 scallops
- 2cm fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 100ml sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 25g fresh coriander, roughly chopped

Step 1
Sprinkle the scallops with the ginger and spring onions, and steam gently for about 5 minutes. -
Step 2
Warm through the sesame oil and soy sauce. -
Step 3
Pour over the scallops, sprinkle the chopped coriander over the top and serve.
