Ingredients
- 175g cod fillet
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 25g fresh breadcrumbs
- 15g half fat hard cheese
- ½ small onion, finely chopped
- fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C/Gas 5. -
Step 2
Top the fillet with the sliced tomato and a mixture of the breadcrumbs, cheese, onion and parsley. Season and bake for 20-30 minutes. Serve with vegetables and boiled potatoes.
