what is pulled porchetta?
Traditionally prepared using a slow-roasted suckling pig, the incredible flavour of our own pulled porchetta comes from using a full flavoured shoulder or leg of organic pork, which we first marinate in our customised blend of aromatic herbs and spices including garlic, fennel and chilli. The meat is then slow-cooked in the oven until, quite literally, it can be hand pulled off the bone and shredded into fine, juicy pieces.
keep it cool
Please tell us where to leave this product if you are not in – it needs to be kept chilled to maintain its quality. A cool bag or cool box with ice packs in a shady spot works well.
Keep in the fridge and, once opened, eat within 3 days. Suitable for home freezing.

Handmade by our own team in the Riverford Farm Shop kitchen. Guy’s brother Ben Watson, with his encyclopedic knowledge of food, is the inspiration behind the recipes. Ben’s team runs a busy production kitchen on our farm in Devon. We make everything by hand and put flavour first – if it doesn’t taste outstanding, we’ll keep working on it until it does.
