This recipe will take 30 mins. Better than a take-away, this healthier version of a Chinese classic packs in peppers and pineapple in a sweet-sour sauce. Kecap manis is slightly sweeter and thicker than tamari or regular soy, and gives a depth of flavour. Sticky rice will help you mop up the moreish sauce.
