A note from our cooks

This recipe will take 30 mins. This is a traditional dish from northern China. An egg gets stirred into the broth at the end of cooking, which adds texture and richness. We've added homegrown greens (curly kale this week), earthy mushrooms and rice noodles to the chicken breast simmered in a fragrant broth.
