A note from our cooks

This recipe will take 30 mins. Chermoula is a North African herb and spice marinade, traditionally used to flavour fish and vegetables. It also works well with meat, so we've tossed it with our lean pork medallions, served with a quinoa tabbouleh, with tasty shredded sprout tops and cherry tomatoes.
