A note from our cooks

A rémoulade is a classic French salad made with celeriac. It’s a good one to try as we approach the festive season as it goes well with smoked salmon, cured meats and cold cuts too. Here we're serving it with juicy chicken breast tossed in a paprika and herb breadcrumb coating.
