Heat the oven to 350F, 180C or Gas Mark 4. Remove all packaging and place on a foil lined tray. Brush with oil and cook for 15 minutes.

All our meat comes from small-scale organic farmers, who rear their animals to some of the highest welfare standards around. We choose traditional breeds, which we believe give better flavour. They are grass fed and enjoy and outdoor existence, reaching maturity naturally.
We hang and butcher the meat ourselves, then mature it for extra flavour and tenderness.
