How to store dried pineapple
Dried fruits are best kept somewhere cool and dry. Once you’ve opened the pack, put your dried fruit into a sealed, airtight container.
Good-for-you facts
Dried fruit makes a great snack when you’re in need of a sugar hit. It also comes with a range of nutritional benefits not offered by the average biscuit or chocolate bar. Organic dried pineapple is a rich source of manganese, which is good for developing strong bones.
About ProNatura
We love ProNatura. This French company co-ordinates production and provides support for hundreds of small-scale, organic, Fairtrade farmers in countries all over the world. The project is as ambitious as it is admirable.
We’re just as confident in ProNatura’s quality as we are in their ethical credentials. Their fresh fruit has been such a smash hit at Riverford that Guy even went out to Togo and the Dominican Republic to meet the growers for himself (see more in this video). So, it was no surprise to us when ProNatura’s dried fruit came out best for flavour in our tests.
