A note from our cook

We’ve not been able to get our hands on an organic chipotle paste…up until now, so we’re excited to bring you one of our first recipes using it, paired of course in a Mexican style, with seasonal sweetcorn and rice. Everything is baked in one pan, just adding some rice towards the end for a simple, satisfying dinner, with no hassle.
