A note from our cook

We like to ring the seasonal changes with a whole variety of gnocchi dishes as the year turns. This one embraces autumn and winter cauliflower, with sage, spinach, lemon, and crème fraîche; easy to cook, and very tasty. This dish is suitable for home freezing. Freeze it in a suitable container, as soon as possible after cooking and cooling. Eat within one month. Defrost in the fridge, and reheat thoroughly before eating.
