A note from our cook

Try saying bibimbap a few times over and over as you're trying to chop, and you might get in a bit of a pickle! Not with the recipe though, as this spicy, mushroomy Korean-style bowlful of goodness is straightforward and tasty to boot. The 'bibim' means mixing and the 'bap' is rice (not roll).
