This recipe will take 30 mins. This is a light rice and chicken broth, with sweet Romano pepper and cime di rapa, a tasty green, with a Thai-style flavour from the spice paste, chilli, lime and fresh lemongrass. We didn’t actually have cime di rapa in season when we took the photo, so it shows slightly darker kale instead!
