A note from our cook

This is a rich-tasting ragù with a touch of sweet and sour, known as ‘agrodolce’ in Italy. Garlic, thyme and onion form the flavour base, to which we’ve added plenty of veg, black olives and protein-rich lentils. We’ve added a side of lemony tenderstem broccoli.
