A note from our cook

Two of our most popular options in one: a low-plastic recipe, and an easy traybake. This bake is a mild curry, packed with veg and a creamy coconut sauce. Simple to make, and a joy to eat! We only use plastic where it's really needed to protect ingredients. This Very Low Plastic recipe box only includes one small plastic pot to keep any seasoning safe – nothing else. This dish is suitable for home freezing. Freeze it in a suitable container, as soon as possible after cooking and cooling. Eat within one month. Defrost in the fridge, and reheat thoroughly before eating.
