A note from our cook

A return of our popular low plastic traybake curry, this week using summery greens with a rainbow of veg, all easily baked. It can be frozen too, a bit of a bonus if you want to get ahead with a bit of a batch cook for the week. We only use plastic where it's really needed to protect ingredients. This Very Low Plastic recipe box only includes one small plastic pot to keep any seasoning safe – nothing else.
