Our cauliflowers have a great growing life, on the Cornish bank of the River Tamar by Kate and Andy McIver-Redwood. We’ve taken this week’s harvest a little way from Cornwall, for this quick stir-fry with Thai flavours, served with a garlic-infused rice for an extra oomph of flavour!
