Black Garlic & Honey Pork with Gremolata Roasties

£17.45

A note from our cook

Black garlic is aged slowly, at a low temperature, until the cloves turn sweet and sticky. It's the perfect foil for juicy pork chops in a dressing with honey and thyme. We’ve served it up with roast potatoes, and a tangy lemon, parsley and garlic gremolata, with seasonal greens.
