We really enjoyed tucking into this in our test kitchen. It’s simple and easy to make, but gives professional looking results – not to mention the flavour! The chopped kachumber salad (a traditional Indian salad) provides a refreshing foil to the juicy, aromatically spiced chicken; a quick, really satisfying dinner for a night in.
