This dish showcases all the lovely earthy flavours of mushrooms, in a rich and smoky sauce. Spoon it over the vibrant parsnip and carrot mash for the perfect comfort dish to make your belly happy. You can add a dollop of plant-based yogurt if you fancy (this won’t be included in the recipe box). And if you make it again, the mushroom ragù is also delicious with pasta or crispy potatoes.
