Sweet & Sour Pork Stir-fry & Jasmine Rice

A note from our cook

This recipe will take 30 mins. A family favourite; quick and easy lean pork escalopes, stir-fried and added to a vegetable sauce, with kecap manis, a darker, sweeter soy sauce, pineapple and fresh lime to finish, for that sweet-sour flavour. The rice is a sticky jasmine rice - cooked by the absorption method, it’s partly boiled then left to steamed to finish it off.
